Frequently asked questions about joining Kauma Arts Tribe

and how to get the MOST out of your membership.

  • How much does it cost to Join the Tribe?
    Joining the Tribe is FREE! This gives you access to connect with fellow Tribe members, share events + opportunities, engage in discourse, attend Kauma Arts and partner events. We also offer paid elements to the membership - such as: • adding Noticeboard listings for jobs, auditions, and calls for submissions • posting a Marketplace listing to promote your company or freelance expertise • 1-to-1 consulting from someone on Kauma Arts' team
  • Who can Join the Tribe?
    Any individual above 18 years, or organisation/company whose activity can be defined within the arts and creative industries. For this purpose, these may include, but is not limited to, performing arts, theatre, outdoor and circus skills, music, dance, drama, literature, publishing, performance poetry, visual arts, crafts, media broadcasting, film, TV, video, digital arts, design, photography, and fashion.
  • I just joined, now what?
    First off, WELCOME! Next, we suggest you set up your Profile and add your banner and profile image. Once you've done that, explore! Check out who else is in the Tribe, see what events are coming up, add your business to our Marketplace, join a discussion in the forum, book a chat with someone from Kauma Arts' team... there's lots for you to do!
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
